Sony Returns the Money to Those who Pre-ordered The Last Of Us 2 and Iron Man VR

Sony returned the money to those who pre-ordered digital copies of The Last Of Us Part 2 and Iron Man VR, after the long delay in the release of those titles.

In the rain of the storm, Sony has also announced that all pre-orders through the PlayStation Store have been canceled.

The news is announced through the Sony support portal, where a banner states that anyone who has already pre-purchased those games via PSN, will get their money back. Those who belong to the above category must have already received a relevant email. You need to know that this process is automatic and you don’t need to take any additional action if you have pre-ordered from the PS Store -just check your email!

The Last of Us Part 2, was supposed to be released on February 21, 2020. However, Naughty Dog announced that the game’s release date will change and be pushed back to May 29, 2020. This delay gave plenty of time in Naughty Dog studio -which is famous for its perfectionism, to work overtime in order to fix as many bugs as possible.

Neil Druckmann, the director, pointed out his disappointment and sadness about not being able to deliver the game on time. Yet, he assured the fans that everyone is doing their best!
