"Guilty Gear Strive" will also come on PS5 and Steam
Arc System Works has revealed that Guilty Gear Strive will be available on PS5 and Steam, in addition to PS4, in the Spring of 2021.
A new trailer of the game showed us Leo Whitefang, who made his first appearance in 2014 on Guilty Gear Xrd -Sign-. The description even states:
Leo is one of the three Kings of the Allied Kingdom of Illyria and is responsible for governing Europe, the Middle East and Oceania. He is also an accomplished warrior with a relentless style.
Among other things, we got to know Nagoriyuki, who is a new character. If we gave him a description we would say that he is a techno samurai vampire, but as the developers report:
Nagoriyuki is the new addition to the Guilty Gear universe. A vampire with a range of unique and very powerful abilities, he has managed to tame a huge sword with impressive ability in battle and crush his enemies. Stay tuned for more information about this strange creature
The game was expected to be released in 2020 but the Coronavirus was the reason for postponing its date to next year. Strive is essentially something like a reboot of the franchise.
