Leapster Explorer is an educational handheld console released by LeapFrog Enterprices in 2010 for children 4-9 years old. It doesn't have backwards compatibility with Lepaster or Leapster L-Max game cartridges but it has with the Didj cartridges. Unlike its predecessors, Leapster Explorer is Linux based console with a lot of homebrew software add-ons.
