Playdia is a home console that was released by Bandai in 23 September of 1994 only in Japan. There are 33 game titles created for Playdia, with 6 more promotional titles. Most of the games are educational, full motion video games based on well known anime, while the Playdia was targeting younger audience than it's competitors. The only game that wasn't developed by Bandai was Ie Naki Ko - Suzu no Sentaku. The console is not supporting two players mode since there is only one wireless controller. Playdia was not successful commercially and didn't manage to obtain the desired sales.

The maybe only cool thing about this console is an extremely rare and expensive accessory related to a Sailor Moon game, a Sailor Moon pink wand.
