Game Wizard is a handheld console released by MGA Entertainment in 1994. The most interesting fact about this console is that all of its cartridges bundled with the system and didn't sold separately! Someone can find this console by different names such as Game Player by Grandstand in UK and Triple-In by Epoch in Japan.

In UK the console was released by Grandstand with the name Game Player since Game Wizard is the name of another console in UK. The three games that the original box of Game Wizard has are Soccer, Bomb Finder and Invader. The original box of the Game Player in UK has the same games with similar names, which are Football, Minefield and Invader. The console has two action buttons on the right side, power and sound switchers on the same side too and a d-pad at the left side. At the right side there is also a finger grip to help the player's game play. It has an LCD screen and gets two AA batteries as a power source.

Between 1994 and 1996 MGA Entertainment had also others packages released like the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers set, Universal Monsters and All Stars Sports, Fairy Tale Fun, Bible Stories which are incredibly rare and even a barbie package with a different pink design. The most famous of these packages is maybe the Star Wars package! In the back of the package you can find a suggestion to try the other packages like Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Ace Ventura Pet Detective, All Stars Sports, Goosebumps, The Mask and the advice "Can you beat the Game Wizard? Look of these other exciting games. Collect all the Game Wizards and trade them with your friends!". Inside the box is a warranty card and an instruction manual. In this package the two action buttons became only one. The funny thing is that in the previous packages the second action button wasn't really needed and added maybe only to look like Game Boy! The games of this package is Princess Leyla's Rescue, Darth Vader's Revenge and X-wing Attack. Different packages have different plastic colors. For example The Mask package has purple color and yellow buttons and has only one action button too.

While a player can play other cartridges in his/her Game Wizard, the cartridges of Game Wizard is not compatible with cartridges of Game Player and vise versa. Actually the Game Wizard's cartridges can not even fit in the Game Player's cartridge receiver. The Game Player's cartridges fits in the Game Wizard's cartridge receiver but nothing happens if the user try to turn on the console. Also, another interesting fact is that in the first units the logic of the games wasn't contained in the cartridges but inside the console itself. But the next units have the logic of the games in the cartridges. This is a fact that when Game Wizard released, the manufacturer didn't have plans to have more games.
