Game & Watch was Nintendo's first attempt at videogames. In fact, it was not a console, but a series of dozens of portable ones, each playing a game. Each Game & Watch was equipped with an LCD screen and keys, and in addition it had a watch and an alarm clock. Released titles vary, with Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda and Mario Bros to make their appearance there. Game & Watch sold about 43 million units and was the forerunner of Game Boy.
There are also clones that released in Soviet Union under the brand name Electronika.
